Audi launches the all new A6 in India

Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India today announced the launch of the seventh generation A6 in India. Offering four engine options -3.0 TFSI, 2.8 FSI, 3.0 TDI and 2.0 TDI. The new car will be made available across India through Audi dealerships from August 2011. The luxury sedan is priced at INR 37,70,000 for the 2.0 TDI, INR 39,90,000 for 2.8 FSI, INR 46,95,000 for the 3.0 TDI q and INR 47,00,000 for the 3.0 TFSI q (ex-showroom Delhi).

The A6 is targeted at providing most of A8 features in a lower model and also keeping weight as light as possible, for this the A6 makes use of the Audi space frame technology. The guest of honor at the A6 launch was Ms. Gul Panag, actress and former beauty queen.
